What is a chocolate fountain?
A chocolate fountain is a tiered tower that allows melted chocolate to be kept warm and pushed up through the tiers, until it over flows back into the bowl at the bottom.
Our fountain can be set up at either 3 or 5 tiers depending on the size of your event and also features an impressive light up stand.
What type of events could we use a chocolate fountain at?
The only limit is your imagination – but some suggestions are weddings, parties, banquets, launches, christening, Christmas or other themed parties and corporate events
What type of chocolate do you use?
We only use the finest Belgium chocolate, which comes in plain, milk, orange, strawberry or white flavours.
How long can the chocolate fountain run for?
As long as the correct amount of chocolate is used, they can run continuously from an hour up to 10 hours.
How many dips can we have with the chocolate fountain?
6 dips are included in package deal we offer but you can request up to 10 at extra cost.
What happens to any fruit, dips or other food that is left over after you have packed away?
Any fruit, dips, chocolate or drinks left over will be neatly left at the venue for guests to carry on helping themselves to.
What time would you arrive before our event?
We arrive approximately 2 hours prior to the starting time to set up. This is to ensure that we are fully set up by the time your guests start arriving.
How long do you stay at the event for?
This can vary depending on your individual needs; however we usually stay for 4-5 hours, not including the setting up time.
Do you give discounts?
Discounts are given if the customer has two or more packages from us. This can include any combination of the packages mentioned on the products page for example ordering a chocolate fountain and a fruit display.
